EXPLORATION
Before decision comes discovery.
Who am I? What am I good at? What are all the options available to me? In Stream Selection and exploration we offer our youth the chance to discover, understand and broaden their horizon on all the courses and career options available to them. We also help them become aware of their personality, interests and skillset so that they can make an informed decision.
GUIDANCE
At Way Finders we counsel and guide the youth based on the psychometric tests which throw light on their Attitude Personality and Interests (API). This reveals their possible learning or career pathways.
Guidance involves zeroing in on the relevant colleges and courses to apply for as well as hand-holding through the application process.
MENTORING
We have a strong team of career counselling professionals at Way Finders.
With a collective experience of over two decades, we offer the best mentoring experience for the youth.
Scheduled sessions, on-demand clarifications, and facilitating necessary connections are all a part of the Way Finders mentoring journey.
